This guide uses the following text conventions:
Screen illustrations
The screen illustrations in this guide show the Java (Metal) look-and-feel option.
You can change the look-and-feel of the Quick2Config window with the
View > Preferences command. For more information, see “Customizing the
Quick2Config window” on page 41.

Intended for Quick2Config administrators, this guide describes how to install
and administer the Quick2Config server.
angle brackets (< >) Indicate that you choose the text to enter based on the
description inside the brackets. Do not type the
brackets when entering the command.
Example:
<
docroot
>/maps/us_color.gif, where
docroot is the URL that you specified to start your
Quick2Config session.
italic text Indicates book titles and variables in command syntax
descriptions.
Example: Installing and Administering Optivity
Quick2Config 2.2
bold text
Used for emphasis.
separator ( > )
Shows menu paths.
Example: Choose View > Sort > by Name.
