P0993135 03 Business Communications Manager 3.0 Programming Record
System Setup Forms 1
Using your Programming Record
These forms provide you with a way of keeping track of the information you enter into your Business
Communications Manager.
Print the forms out as you need them.
Note: These forms are copyrighted to Nortel Networks and are not to be used in any other
context.
If you are using Acrobat 4
©
or greater, with Acrobat Distiller
©
, you can use the Text annotation tool
and the Highlight text tools to enter the information directly into the form. Remember to copy the
pages where you will need more than one form, such as the telephone information pages.
If you have an HTML editor, you can open the HTML files located in the "Record" folder on the CD,
to create a custom programming record for your site.
Once you fill out the forms relevant to your system, they will provide you with a quick overview of
your system data, as well as a way to sanity check if you ever need to restore your data.
