Creating the Network Control Block (NCTL) for network access
(LD 87)
Perfor m the following procedure to create the Network Control Block.
Step Action
1
Log onto Element Manager.

Select Dialing and Numbering Plans > Electronic Switched
Network.

Select Customer > Network Control & Services > Network
Control Parameters (NCTL).
See Figure 11 "Electronic Switched Network" (page 41).
4 A message appears if no network control data is configured. Click
OK to configure new data.
The Network Control Parameters page appears. See Figure 13
