Using the T1/FT1 Adapter Module In a Passport

This chapter supplements Installing and Operating the Passport 2430

Multiservice Access Switch. Follow the hardware installation steps in that manual,

then refer to this document for information specific to the T1/FT1 adapter module.

Attaching Cables

Connect the T1 communication device cable to the RJ-48C connector on the

installed T1/FT1 adapter module (Figure 4-1).
