These prompts will only occur once, so if your i2004 Internet Telephone has
completed the initialization process previously, this step will not occur.
If you enter an incorrect DNKey or password, your display will show "Initialization
Failed" and identify one of several errors displayed in the following table.
DNKey Not
Found
• the user entered a twenty-digit DN key that does
not exist
DNKey In Use
• the user entered a DN key that is currently being
used by another set
DN Not Found
• the user entered a 10-digit primary DN that does
not exist
DN Is Not
Unique
• the user entered a 10-digit MADN DN. The user
must enter a twenty-digit DN key to uniquely
identify the set
Password Not
Correct
• the user entered the incorrect password
If the telephone set was previously initialized, just connect the telephone cords
and power adapter - no additional actions are required to begin using your i2004
Internet Telephone.
