i2050 Software Phone Installation Guide
The current user data information applies to the current user of the i2050 Diagnostic Utility.
System Data (All Users)
The System Data information applies to all users on the computer. Many individual items can be
overridden by a user. To determine a value in use, look first in the Current User Data table. If no
value is found, look in the System Data table.

Current Skin The i2050 Software Phone skin selected by the user.

Selected

Use 802.1p The indication of whether QoS 802.1p is being used.

Note: On CSE 1000 and Meridian 1 switches, the value displayed on the Service menu and the
value displayed in the i2050 Diagnostic Utility are different. The first two bytes (31-38) saved with
the i2050 Software Phone are displayed in the Services menu as their ascii values (18).
