Overview
The information and procedures provided in this chapter pertain to
layer 3 module configuration only. This chapter provides the
following procedures:
■ Configuring Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) Service
Advertising Protocol (SAP) Interfaces
■ Creating IPX SAP Filters
■ Interpreting IPX SAP Interface Statistics

Advertising Protocol (SAP) Interfaces
You can configure IPX SAP using either the Web Agent or the CLI.

Using the Web
Agent
To configure the IPX SAP interfaces using the Web Agent:
1. Select Interfaces from the Routing > IPX > SAP group on
the Web Agent window. The IPX SAP Interfaces dialog box
opens (Figure 6-112). If no IPX interfaces are presently
configured then the “No Interfaces are currently configured”
message is displayed.
