Field Description

Initiator The extension, telephone number, or mobile phone number

of the Instant Conferencing initiator.

Active Participants Displays the extension, telephone number, or mobile phone

number of each participant, including the Instant

Conference initiator, currently engaged in the Instant

Conference.

Missing Participants Indicates the number of participants not yet participating in

the Instant Conference.

Creation Time The Instant Conference initiation date and time.

Client language support

The clients support the following languages:

• Chinese

• Dutch

• English

• French

• German

• Japanese

• Norwegian

• Swedish

When the user installs a client a load using the Over the air download method, the system

recommends a software load that matches the operating system, features, and language of

the device. The user can reconfigure the device so that the system recommends a different a

different load. For example, if a user changes the language from English to French on the

device, the system will recommend a French load instead of an English load.
