of the LEC’s Control VCs goes down (for example, if the Server goes down), or if the LEC
is moved from one virtual LAN to another. The LEC automatically rejoins the LAN.

Meaning: The LAN Emulation Client on this circuit is closing its connections to the broadcast and
unknown server (BUS). This happens when either the Multicast VCC goes down, or if the
BUS does not set up the Multicast Forward VCC within a certain amount of time.
Action: If this repeatedly occurs with the Reinitiating BUS phase for cct <circuit_no.> message
proceeding it, contact the Bay Networks Technical Solutions Center in your area.
