Message: Relay Agent on Interface <IP_address> is in Filter mode <type_value>.
Meaning: You added the interface with the identity <IP_address> to the BOOTP relay agent table,
and specified that this interface should transmit only packets of the kind <type_value>.
Possible values for <type_value> are BOOTP only, DHCP only, or both BOOTP and
DHCP.

Severity: Info
Message: Packet received on Interface <IP_address> -length too short.
Meaning: The router platform dropped a packet it received at the interface with the identity
<IP_address> because the packet length does not match the requirements for a BOOTP or
DHCP packet.

Message: BOOTREQUEST rcvd on <IP_address> dropped - pkt type not relayed.
Meaning: The router platform dropped a BOOTREQUEST or DHCP packet it received from the
client at the interface with the identity <IP_address>, because you configured that
interface to transmit a different type of packet. For example, an interface you configured to
transmit DHCP packets only received a BOOTREQUEST, and dropped the packet.
