Meaning: The link quality has fallen below the minimum threshold configured for the indicated line

and circuit. The link monitor will observe link performance will not send any more data

packets until the line quality is again acceptable.

Action: The link can recover spontaneously, so no action is required; however, if this message

occurs often, consider taking the line out of service or changing the configured minimum

line quality parameter.
